A serving general in the IDF participated in an attack in Iran: the head of the incoming IT division, General Aviad Dagan, originally an F-16 pilot, attacked Iran tonight and flew one of the dozens of fighter jets that participated in the historic event.
Major General Dagan, who recently received the rank of Major General, graduated from Pilot Course 128, also participated in the attack on the nuclear reactor in Syria, was a squadron commander and held several other senior positions in the Air Force.
Soon he is expected to take up the position of head of the IT department and a member of the General Staff Forum.
