VIDEO: Jordan prevents unpreserved food from arriving from Syria from fear of Cholera
The Jordanian Ministry of Health and the Epidemiology Committee indicated the necessity of destroying unpreserved food coming from Syria through the Jaber border crossing, as a precaution to prevent cholera from reaching Jordan.

The ministry explained that the decision will be in effect until a decision is issued restricting the entry of materials that may contain cholera into Jordan before they are checked by the Ministry of Health and the laboratory at the border crossings, according to the "A-Dastur" newspaper.
