The Ministry of International Trade in Dubai announces its intention to open a branch in Israel.
The Israeli Minister of Economy and Industry, Maj. Gen. (Res.) Orna Barbibai: "The announcement by the Dubai International Chamber of Commerce comes as a direct continuation of the free trade agreement we signed last week, and reflects the firm commitment the two countries attach to strengthening economic ties and creating new business opportunities."
The Israeli Ambassador to the Emirates, Mr. Amir Haik: "The signing of the Free Trade Agreement is a historic step that opens up business opportunities for our two countries. The Dubai International Bureau's decision to establish a representative office in Israel is a significant step towards promoting cooperation between the two countries and their business communities."
