3 days of lockdown: "We invite Lapid to come and sleep here"

Following the fear of revenge for the arrest of a senior Islamic Jihad leader, the residents of the "Gaza envelope" are closed in their communities, while life in the Gaza Strip is going on peacefully. "This is not an election campaign, this is our life!"

Residents around the Gaza border are under lockdown  for the third day
"This is a situation we are not familiar with, that they close roads for fear of shooting, even before a shot is fired," they say.

In a special video, 12-year-old Renana Suissa from Kfar Aza called on PM Lapid to come and stay at her house, in order to understand the feelings of the residents. "It feels different here," she says. She noted that MK Naftali Bennett was also a guest at her home in 2018.
