Usama Abdulghani, an Iran-educated Shi’ite Islamic scholar based in Dearborn, Michigan, said in a lecture delivered at the Hadi Institute Youth Community Center that Israel is an "apartheid state" that seeks to span from the Nile River in Egypt to the Euphrates River in Iraq, and then to take over the entire world. 

He said that if it could, Israel would be carrying out its policies in Lebanon, Iraq, Iran, and Bahrain, and he explained that Israel believes that other people are "subhuman" and must accept living like animals or be "dealt with".
