This could happen if Turkey does not stop exporting high-tech products to Russia that can be used during the Russian-Ukrainian war. 

According to the source, Washington's warning was a sign of Turkey's intention to maintain strong trade ties with Russia and actually tarnished relations between the two NATO allies.
