THE SHADOW WAR: Following reports on the internet, the Iranian Foreign Ministry confirmed that Amir Mousavi, a former diplomat and a member of Tehran's propaganda apparatus, was kidnapped in Egypt.
It was reported that Mousavi entered the country with an Iraqi passport, and since then he has disappeared from his home in Cairo. Tehran announced that it is working through diplomatic channels for his release but naturally refrained from direct accusations.
In recent years, the gentleman appeared as a commentator on channels associated with Iran and stood out with a strong anti-Israeli stance and expressed positions against the West.
In the Kurdish media, which in turn quoted Israeli media, the possibility was raised that Mossad is behind the kidnapping, but naturally there is no official confirmation of this.
