Following Democratic primary victories in New York and New Jersey, several radical candidates may enter the next House freshman class.

Among them are Dariazila Avila Chevalier, who co-founded an organization whose account posted “Death to America,” and Hisham “Adam” Hamawy, who reportedly testified on behalf of the terrorist known as the Blind Sheikh.

There is historical precedent for congressional action.
