Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the Tel Nof Airbase today, accompanied by Defense Minister Israel Katz and IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir.
Prime Minister Netanyahu said:
“On behalf of the people and the State of Israel — you are doing amazing things. The Israeli Air Force controls the skies over Tehran. This is a game-changer.
We are on our way to achieving our two main goals: eliminating the nuclear threat and eliminating the missile threat. By controlling Tehran’s skies, we are striking regime targets. Unlike Iran’s criminal regime, which targets our civilians and seeks to kill women and children, we are hitting military objectives.
We tell the citizens of Tehran: evacuate — and we act accordingly.
We are on the path to victory. This has been made possible by our heroic pilots and incredible ground crews — all doing extraordinary work. I salute you. All Israeli citizens salute you. And I want you to know: many around the world salute and admire you as well.”
