ICYMI: Syria: ISIS planning major surprise attacks in key cities
A commander in the New Syrian Army revealed to the pro-Saudi newspaper Asharq Al-Awsat that ISIS is planning large-scale, surprise military operations by simultaneously seizing several neighborhoods in key cities, with Homs as the starting point.
