BREAKING: New president in Lebanon: What will this mean?

Lebanon has finally elected a president after more than two consecutive years of political crisis with the country being ruled by a caretaker government.

Joseph Aoun was until today the commander of the Lebanese Army, who has until now commanded the deployment of the Lebanese Army in place of Hezbollah in southern Lebanon. He was the preferred candidate of the Americans and the Saudis.

I am glad that Joseph Aoun has become the President because he wishes to make Lebanon a safe and peace-loving nation for the Lebanese people. Pres. Aoun will kick the Hezbollah characters out now.
