The al-Shabaab organization in Somalia which is aligned with Al-Qeada, like other Salafist organizations, announced that is aims to harm the moderate Arab countries for joining the "infidel" Jews and Christians and harming the "Islamic Nation".
These Salafi organizations see the political conduct of Arab countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, etc., as a betrayal of the peoples of Islam - countries that join the continuation of "colonialism" on the Arabs and the 'nation of Islam'.
The al-Shabaab organization is in a persistent struggle against ISIS-supporting militias in Somalia, and only recently have fierce battles been seen throughout the country, in light of ISIS's expansion into the Horn of Africa (ISIS is carrying out a continuous massacre in Mozambique).
It is possible that there is an attempt here by the Al-Shabaab organization to take advantage of the Palestinian issue to gain support throughout the Muslim world in its fight against the ISIS organization in the country and in the Horn of Africa region.
