Kochavi, who was accompanied by the head of the Iranian branch in the IDF, holds a series of meetings with the top security officials in the kingdom - including his counterpart and senior members of the Bahrain leadership. The parties will discuss the agreement being formed with Tehran in Vienna, which is feared both in Israel and in the Gulf.

The Chief of Staff later met with Sheikh Nasser Ben Hamed al-Khalifa, Secretary General of the Supreme Security Council and National Security Adviser. During his visit, the Chief of Staff will meet with other senior members of the military system and the leadership of Bahrain and with the commander of the US Fifth Fleet, Admiral Charles Brad Cooper, at the Navy headquarters in Bahrain.

The Chief of Staff is accompanied by the head of the Strategy and Third Circle Division, Maj. Gen. Tal Kalman, the head of the External Relations Division, Brigadier General Efi Dafrin and the head of the Research Division, Brigadier General Amit Saar.
