IDF forces from Division 146 have intensified operations south of the forward defense line in southern Lebanon, targeting threats posed by Hezbollah terrorists to Israeli civilians.
Brigade combat teams 226, 401, and 300 are leading the mission, focusing on dismantling terror infrastructure and neutralizing enemy fighters.
Since the beginning of the fighting, troops—working closely with the elite Yahalom engineering unit—have destroyed five underground tunnel routes and thousands of terror-related sites across the area.
In addition, more than 250 Hezbollah terrorists have been eliminated through close-quarters combat and precision airstrikes. Forces have also uncovered large quantities of weapons, including drones, explosive devices, anti-tank missiles, RPGs, and more.
