Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu delivered a message of national unity ahead of Tisha B’Av, declaring that Israel had overcome the threat of internal division through courage, solidarity and shared sacrifice.
“Over the past three years, through our shared efforts, we prevented the destruction of the Third Temple,” Netanyahu said.
“Instead of civil war, we became brothers fighting shoulder to shoulder to defend our homeland. We united, fought like lions, and together saved the State of Israel.
“The work is not yet finished, and many challenges remain, but I am certain we can overcome them.
