Qatar: Israel cannot stop deal for "only" two bodies
In an interview with Al-Araby Al-Jadeed, Qatar’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson warned Israel not to “obstruct the Gaza agreement over two bodies,” referring to the remains of Israeli hostages still held by the terrorists in Gaza.
He claimed the implementation of the Gaza deal and the push for a prolonged ceasefire must move forward without what he called “Israeli delays.”
According to him, “the absence of a political process for the Gazans means there will be no stability in the region,” repeating Doha’s long-standing line that Israel must make concessions while downplaying Hamas’ role in the conflict.
