Several dozen protesters gathered today in front of the parliament building in protest of Defense Minister Ganz's visit to the kingdom. Local security forces were deployed ahead of time and with increased forces to prevent the demonstration from spiraling out of control. 

Protesters complained of "violent repression."

Among other things, the protesters claimed that Gantz was a "war criminal" and called his visit to Morocco a "shame" and a "betrayal" of the country.
