IDF spokesperson: The soldiers of the IDF, the Shin Bet and the Security Guard arrested eight wanted persons throughout Judea and Samaria tonight
IDF and Shin Bet soldiers operated in the Kasbah (the old congested area) in Nablus to arrest a wanted person suspected of involvement in terrorist activity. During the operation, the fighters located and confiscated two M-16 weapons and ammunition. In the city of Nablus, the soldiers arrested another wanted man.
During the activity, a disorder developed that included stone throwing, the force responded with measures to disperse demonstrations and by firing snipers. When the troops left the city, armed men shot at them and threw explosives.
NEWSRAEL: This video clearly showing a large explosive devide operated by remote as an IDF jeep went over it. As you can see in the video itself, the bomb was loud and mad a lot of smoke and dust - but the jeep went on unharmed, THANK GOD!
