In a rare statement against humanitarian aid to Gaza, U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee expressed concern during a meeting last night with members of the "Mothers of Soldiers" group.
While the group thanked Huckabee for the GHF aid distribution initiative, they emphasized that aid continues to flow under Biden administration guidelines—through UN bodies that, they claim, collaborate with Hamas. According to them, this approach prolongs the war and puts Israeli soldiers at greater risk.
Huckabee declared: “It is a privilege to serve my country in the Land of Israel—the land that has belonged to the Jewish people for 3,800 years. I am honored to represent President Trump and the American people in solidarity with our one true partner in the world: the State of Israel. We have friends and allies—but only one true partner.”
He also praised the group: “Bless you for your dedication and efforts to ensure that the sons who defend Israel and its citizens receive everything they need to protect themselves as they guard the nation.”
