An investigation led to the arrest of two Toronto men accused of planning an attack for ISIS. The tip about them came from France.
According to the publication in Canada, the French authorities learned about at least one of the suspects and informed the Canadian intelligence service.
After a brief investigation, the Canadian Security Intelligence Service called in the RCMP, who conducted their own investigation and arrested the father and son on July 28.
According to the report they were in the advanced stages of planning a serious and violent attack in Toronto.
