Report: The 'Israelization' of the Druze in the Golan?

The Syrian news site - "Aldurar al-Shamiya" - quoting the Times of Israel - reported that there are a large number of Syrians living in the Israeli Golan, who until now supported the Assad regime while refusing to receive blue identity cards, are now seeking to receive Israeli citizenship.

The Israeli website claimed, according to the Syrian source, that the number of Syrian Druze in the Israeli Golan Heights, seeking to obtain Israeli citizenship, is slowly increasing, and there is an amazing change in their attitude.

The failed policy of the Assad regime, in dealing with the Druze in southern Syria, caused a rift between the local population and the regime, the game of inciting the sects against each other in all the areas under its control.

I say they are probably wanting to be Israeli citizens so they also will have a right to vote and have more of a sway in Israeli politics. Another way to overthrow the Israeli Government!!!!!!
