BREAKING: Senior Israeli official: Despite MOU, IDF will not withdraw from Lebanon

Senior Israeli official: Despite the MOU, the IDF will not withdraw from southern Lebanon.

Iran's FM Araqchi told Lebanese diplomats a full IDF withdrawal within 60 days is non-negotiable and any violation cancels the memorandum.

FM spokesperson Baghaei said the war cannot be considered over while Israeli forces remain on Lebanese soil.
