UNWatch has documented the warm relationship of the UN and its Sec-general, Antonio Guterres to Syria during the years of the civil war in which the same Syria killed over a half million of its own people.
VETERAN DIPLOMAT DENNIS ROSS writes today on X: "A mass grave of 100,000 has apparently been discovered in Syria. The world largely watched as Assad was committing his crimes against humanity with the help of Iran and Russia. It is remarkable that those who want to accuse Israel of genocide remain so silent about Assad."

Antonio Guterres, you even addressed the UN meeting of the Decolonization Committee—which you said was “crucial”—as they elected the dictatorial Assad regime to the position of Rapporteur. You didn't object. You legitimized the murderous Assad regime:
