VIDEO VIEWING WARNING: Attempted murder between gangs in Ramallah

Last night, an attempted "elimination" from a rival gang in Ramallah was documented by CCTV

The man was sitting in his car with the door open when his rival with his face covered drove up, got out of his car and shot the man point blank.

Notice that Arabs ran to the scene with smart phones to document the event...

It is not clear yet if this was terror related.
