Reports indicate an Iranian ballistic missile has struck Soroka Hospital in southern Israel.
Sirens sounded across several regions in Israel following the launch of approximately 20 ballistic missiles from Iran. Multiple impacts were reported in central Israel and the Negev, with at least 4 to 7 missiles striking key locations.
Medics are treating several minor injuries, and significant property damage has been reported. Magen David Adom Director General Eli Bean confirmed that "there are several scenes in the center of the country and significant damage in the Negev."
He added, "We are still scanning because there is heavy damage in multiple areas."
The IAF is currently engaging in interception and retaliatory strikes.
