WATCH: IDF’s Canine Hero Miraculously Recovers from Grenade Hit

Mikey, a member of the IDF’s canine unit who actively saved soldier’s lives has miraculously recovered from a life-threatening injury.

The female Alsatian was hit with a grenade severely wounding her face, body, and legs.

After being the world’s first dog to receive hyperbaric oxygen therapy, Mikey is now able to walk and play.

These héros need all the love and care we can give them. They saved a lot of the US military in Iraq and Afghanistan. When it is their time to retire they need to retire with their handlers.
