Israel fears that Hamas will harm natural gas facilities

Israel is preparing for the possibility of Iran retaliating against its natural gas and oil facilities in the Mediterranean off the coast of the Gaza Strip

Israel is preparing for an Iranian response to a series of mysterious attacks that took place in Iran during May, which the Iranians attribute to the Israeli institution, as part of the secret war between the two countries.

One of Israel's concerns is that Iran will use one of its proxies in the Middle East to carry out a revenge attack against Israel.

During Operation Wall Guard, Hamas fired dozens of rockets at the Tamar gas rig off the coast of Ashkelon and even tried to hit it with an unmanned aerial vehicle. The Iron Dome system intercepted the rockets fired from the Strip at the gas rig and the unmanned aircraft was intercepted by a Navy ship equipped with an advanced radar to detect unmanned aerial vehicles.

Turn the gas off in the strip and blame hamas. Not to far from the truth.
