An Air Force aircraft, guided by Gaza Division forces, eliminated yesterday a Hamas terrorist from the terrorist organization who was advancing sniper attack plans in the immediate timeframe against IDF forces operating in southern Gaza Strip.

The terrorist posed an immediate threat to IDF forces and was eliminated in a targeted manner to remove the threat.

Prior to the strike, steps were taken to reduce harm to civilians, including the use of precise weaponry and aerial observations.
