The IDF carried out another wave of overnight airstrikes across southern Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley, targeting rocket launchers, weapons storage sites, and additional military infrastructure belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization.
Among the targets struck were commanders from Hezbollah’s elite Radwan Force. Israeli forces also attacked two buildings used by the Radwan unit in the village of Majdal Selm in southern Lebanon.
According to the IDF, the commanders targeted in the strike had recently been involved in planning and advancing various terrorist attacks against Israeli civilians and IDF forces.
The Radwan Force is Hezbollah’s elite unit tasked with carrying out cross-border infiltration attacks into Israel and is considered one of the organization’s most dangerous operational formations.
