The Israeli high-tech industry expects that more and more companies will open offices in Dubai in the coming months. The one that is already doing this is the leading Israeli fintech company "Rapid".

The company's CEO Eric Stillman explains that this is the way to deal with the severe manpower crisis the industry is suffering from. The company will begin a campaign in the coming days to attract programmers mainly from Eastern Europe. Rapid needs 350 programmers and will initially employ 100 in Dubai. It is impossible to persuade programmers from abroad to move and work from Israel compared to Dubai.
