Cities across Iran have exploded in massive, spontaneous celebrations following confirmation of the death of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. 

The streets of the capital, long subdued, are now filled with a powerful and unprecedented display of national liberation, with citizens dancing, singing, and blaring car horns in a joyful rejection of decades of clerical rule.
