JEWISH ONLINER -- Greta Thunberg joins the Gaza-bound Global Sumud Flotilla, in late August. Its leaders’ alleged ties to Hamas and PFLP cast doubt on the mission’s claimed humanitarian aims.
Greta Thunberg is once again at the center of controversy, not for her climate activism, but for her recent affiliation in the latest, Global Sumud Flotilla (GSF). The GSF is set to depart from Spain and Tunisia and sail to Gaza by the end of August and early September.
While Thunberg presents her involvement as a humanitarian mission, her association with this flotilla movement, exposes deeply troubling ties to individuals and organizations allegedly linked to internationally designated terror groups, including Hamas and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP).
