Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu: "Special envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, was right. Hamas is the obstacle to a deal for the release of the hostages.

Together with our allies in the U.S., we are now exploring alternative options to bring our hostages home, end Hamas's reign of terror, and ensure lasting peace for Israel and our region."
