Chairman of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee: The FBI spied during the Biden administration on at least 50 organizations and 8 Republican lawmakers
U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi testified before the U.S. Senate in a special hearing held yesterday, which mainly dealt with Operation Arctic Frost.
According to Senator Chuck Grassley, Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, this FBI operation, conducted during the Biden administration, involved spying on at least 50 conservative organizations and at least 8 Republican lawmakers.
"We learned that the former FBI director secretly investigated you and your colleagues. Why? Because they wanted to remove President Trump from the political arena. They used law enforcement for political purposes, a move that will be remembered as a historic betrayal of public trust," Bondi said during the hearing.
