Unless there is something very sneaky going on with Saudi Arabia in their move to restart relations with Iran, this is a move that will have several serious (and negative) repercussions in the Middle East and beyond.
Analysts have still not woken up and are not talking over several issues that need answers! Here are some of the most important ones.
How will Saudi Arabia now treat the Iran Nuke program? Will they still fight it?
Israeli relations with the Saudis - will Iran allow these to grow, including military ties, or will Iran take action?
How will this affect the ambitious Iran's people uprising? Will this give Iran enough time and money to quell them?
When will Joe Biden admit, at least to himself, that calling Saudi Arabia a "pariah state" after the killing of the journalist Kashoogi - was a BIG mistake that may have pushed Saudi Arabia into the hand of the Chinese?
