Initial report of a car that exploded at a border crossing between Canada and the USA

FOX NEWS: The "vehicle explosion" at Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls between U.S. and Canada border was an "attempted terrorist attack" with "a lot of explosives in the vehicle at the time."

The two in the car are said to be dead. One border man wounded lightly.
