“Something is brewing in Cyprus! The goal of the Cypriot-Greek administration, Greece and Israel — is Turkey!” a retired Turkish admiral warns of a “strangle ring” forming as ties tighten between Israel, Greece and Cyprus.
About two weeks ago the Arabic military site Defence Arabic reported that advanced Israeli-made air-defense missiles were deployed on Cypriot soil, claiming Israel is encircling Turkey from west and south as part of a strategy to block Turkey’s expansion in the Middle East.
Experts say these developments are a new chapter in the regional balance of power following the recent Iran–Israel confrontation, during which Israel deployed a trio of capabilities — air power, cyber and diplomacy — against a state with no shared border, putting Turkey at the geographic center of a “ring of fire.”
A retired Turkish admiral confirmed those reports on camera. “Greece was seen as a supporter of Palestine… when Turkey had tensions with Israel, they immediately left Palestine and joined Israel!” he said.
