Israel climbs to 8th place in Europe for investment in the UK

According to a new report by the UK government, Israel now ranks 8th among European countries in terms of per capita foreign direct investment (FDI) in Britain.
This marks a jump from 10th place last year. The report notes that 19 Israeli companies either established a new presence or expanded their operations in the UK over the past year.
British Ambassador Simon Walters welcomed the news, saying: “Israel’s rise to 8th place among European countries in business presence in the UK clearly reflects the strong economic ties between our nations.”
