The victim is Abu Anas al-Shami, a resident of al-Hasqa district in Syria.

Al Shami, was in the past a senior member of ISIS and was responsible for the training of the "Caliphate Puppies" - the battalions of children trained for suicide missions and combat.

In a search of his home after the assassination, the Syrian military police found a number of computers and phones and a large amount of cash.
