Chief of Staff Kochavi will arrive next week in an Arab country he has not yet visited
Israel and the IDF have begun official relations with the same country. Its name will be announced after the chief of staff lands.
Chief of Staff Aviv Kochavi is expected to visit an Arab country in the Middle East on Monday. This is his first visit to a country with which Israel and the IDF have begun official relations. The name of the country will probably be announced after the landing of the chief of staff, for security reasons.
As you may recall, Kochavi traveled to Bahrain in March for a historic visit in order to meet with the country's top security officials to discuss the princesses' cooperation with Iran. The flash visit, which was announced only after the chief of staff's landing, took place against the background of the nuclear agreement between Iran and the powers, which is of great concern to Israel.
