Hamas terrorists and police units executed, tortured and deliberately maimed Palestinians in Gaza during the war, according to a newly released United Nations report.

UN investigators documented 249 cases of extrajudicial punishment between August 2024 and January 2026. At least 108 victims were killed.

The punishments included public executions, severe beatings and deliberate injuries carried out against people accused of cooperating with Israel, stealing, dealing drugs or supporting rival Palestinian factions.
