The injured was not brought to the hearing due to his serious medical condition and it turned out that he had not yet been interrogated. He underwent complex head surgery and is hospitalized in serious condition.
Although it became clear from the hearing that the wounded shooter did not disrupt the investigation and that Yarad did not shoot, the police suspected both of them of any crimes at all, which is instructive about the nature of the investigation.
