Golani recon unit and 810 brigade took to the skies training night helicopter evacuations
From Natur to Mount Dov, across the northern landscape of Division 210, three helicopter-evacuation drills were held last week.
We spoke with the commander of the Golan Recon Unit (474) and the medical organization officer of Brigade 810 about tailoring scenarios to the aircraft, the challenge of opening a vein in total darkness and while moving, and how training is built to mirror real threats along the Syrian border.
