The United States announced that it is offering a reward of up to $10 million for information that could help identify, locate, or disrupt the activities of two Iranian cyber operatives tied to the IRGC: Fatemeh Sedighian Kashi and Mahmoud Baqer Shirinkar.
According to the Rewards for Justice program, the two are accused of involvement in cyberattacks targeting critical US infrastructure and violating multiple computer and fraud laws. Both operatives are linked to the IRGC-controlled cyber group “Shahid Shushtari,” a unit already under US sanctions for sabotage operations against sensitive Western targets.
Washington stressed that anyone providing information will receive special protection measures, including the option to be relocated to another country. This move highlights the growing American effort—under President Trump’s leadership—to confront Iran’s global cyber aggression, which directly threatens both the US and Israel.
