Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei delivered an address aired on IRINN TV on June 26, 2025, congratulating the Iranian people on their "victory" over Israel and the United States. 

He claimed the Zionist regime has been nearly annihilated and "crushed under the blows of the Islamic Republic" during the Iran–Israel War, and said the U.S. directly entered the conflict because it feared the Israeli regime's total destruction. Khamenei added: "Nevertheless, they have achieved nothing in this war."

He argued that the American strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities warrant punishment by international courts, but he insisted the strikes "failed to achieve anything significant."
