According to the indictment, the reservist and another soldier serving in the Armed Forces passed the information to a minor.

The investigation was opened a few weeks ago following posts on social media, in which several soldiers and civilians were questioned. The indictment attributes to the adult defendant, who served in the Armed Forces in the reserve, numerous offenses of obtaining, collecting, registering, possessing, and handing over confidential information. The investigation into the soldier's case is still ongoing. Authorities concluded that they acted together, but were not activated by "hostile elements.
