For decades, Israel’s enemies have justified their hatred through a distortion of both history and religion.
They have claimed that the return of the Jewish people to their homeland is a crime, an invasion, or an “occupation.” But what these voices will never admit is that even their own holy book — the Koran — acknowledges the eternal bond between the Jews and the Land of Israel.
The Koran does not erase Jewish history; it confirms it. In multiple verses, the Jewish people are recognized as inheritors of the land promised to them by God. Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:21) records Moses commanding the Israelites: “O my people, enter the Holy Land which Allah has assigned to you.” Surah Al-Isra (17:104) goes even further, foretelling the return: “And We said to the Children of Israel after him, ‘Dwell in the land, and when the promise of the Hereafter comes to pass, We shall bring you as a mixed crowd.’”
For centuries, Muslim scholars understood these verses plainly: that the Jewish people were destined to live in the land God had given them. It was only in the modern era — with the rise of political movements that turned “Palestine” into a weapon — that this understanding was denied and suppressed.
