According to reports, a tanker named Pacific Zircon was attacked in the Oman Sea in the Gulf region. The tanker is operated by a company from Singapore but belongs to the Israeli billionaire Idan Ofer. Reports say it was attacked by a UAV.

This is the first attack by a tanker in the Gulf for some time. In the past, the attacks were attributed to Iran as revenge for Israeli attacks.
