In his remarks at the Jerusalem Post conference., Mosaab Hassan Youssef (Son of Hamas) also referred to the Palestinian Authority, claiming that it "paved the way" for the October 7 massacre.
According to him, instead of condemning Hamas, it spent years inciting, spreading propaganda, and inflating a sense of victimhood - which led to the creation of a new generation of radical Palestinians.
"We are dealing not only with Hamas but with a global movement of hatred," Youssef warned. "The Palestinian Authority nurtured a generation based on lies and an ideology of the destruction of Israel. This is not true nationalism, but an imagined identity based on self-victimization and hatred."
