Many have seen the video that exposes Hamas’s vile deception—the presentation of the discovery of the body of an Israeli hostage in the Gaza Strip and misleading the Red Cross (ICRC) to make them believe a body was truly found.
Needless to say, Hamas has an interest in dragging out the process as much as possible, in order to avoid moving to the second stage of the deal and to use the current time to strengthen its power in Gaza and restore its grip, its arsenal, and its presence on the ground.
